Nestled away in a private bay, our boutique retreat centre awaits. Daily yoga classes, workshops, meditation & much more. Eat organic, nutritious and delicious Greek cuisine and sleep metres from the crystal clear Euboean Sea.

Our luxury retreat centre has direct access to clear turquoise waters, a beautiful yoga shala with a view over the bay, a swimming pool, private chef to create us organic and delicious Greek cuisine daily & beautiful sea view rooms.

We will vary our yoga classes, breathwork, meditation sessions & workshops throughout the retreat to compliment your day.

The Retreat


Mornings

In the mornings we’ll root to rise with a grounding & energising 90 minute practice. Starting gently with breath & meditation, leading into a creative vinyasa flow. Feel deeply rooted & connected to yourself.

Evenings

Our evening practices will be dedicated to slowing down & finding an inner stillness. A slow & stretchy practice with meditation. Preparing body & mind for a restful nights sleep. There will also be optional bedtime meditation sessions that you can attend.

Daytimes

Relax on a sun lounger, sunshine naps all day long, swim in the turquoise sea, get lost in a holiday book, have a pool day, venture into the wilderness on a mountainside trail, snorkel or join one of our afternoon workshops.

Workshops & Other Activities

Throughout the week we will hold additional workshops in the afternoons. These could include SOMA breathwork, Flow Dance Meditation, acro yoga, paint the view with watercolour, breaking down yoga postures & Q&A time.

Nutritious & Delicious Food

We love good food & we hope you do too.

Our chef will prepare high quality vegetarian & vegan food using the finest of fresh, local produce & ingredients.

We all know the importance of self-care but sometimes it’s hard to do life & fit it all in. This time is YOURS. it’s a no pressure retreat, no strict rules, all we ask is that you have a lovely time & give yourself time to rest, reconnect & leave feeling renewed.
