  • Yes, anyone can do it. If you can breathe, you can do it. It’s best to find the breathing techniques that work best for you.

    There are certain techniques that should be avoided or modified for some people depending on medical and health conditions.

    Always let your breathwork facilitator know of anything that is going on for you and the breath can be modified.

    Some contraindications for certain breath practises include:

    · Severe/critical diseases or infections

    · COPD-II and COPD-III

    · Organ failure or late-stage terminal illness

    · Pregnancy

    · Cancer

    · If you have epilepsy, a pacemaker, or irregular heart beat
