Why combine mindfulness and coaching?

It is essential that you look at your whole being rather than just your mind, this is the roadmap to health, wellness, and understanding your true being. Learn to harness the power of the Physical (breathwork and movement), the Mental and Emotional (thoughts and beliefs), and the Spiritual (connecting to your authentic self and the greater collective).

By incorporating mindfulness (breathwork, yoga, and meditation) exercises into your coaching sessions we tap into the nervous system, this is where we make the biggest changes. The mind often wants to take over, this is where mindfulness techniques assist you in feeling longer-lasting benefits, reducing stress and fatigue, and increasing clarity - ultimately accessing a deeper sense of inner peace.

Why is life coaching important?

At the heart of our coaching philosophy is the belief that self-healing is an act of self-empowerment. So many of us exist in a state of unconsciousness, a feeling of just getting by. How does life coaching work?

During your online sessions, we'll explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, working to uncover any limiting beliefs or patterns that are holding you back. Questions that help you grow and expand your awareness of self will uncover what it is that you need and how to get there.

  • Life coaching is a process of self-discovery. It will help you deepen the understanding you have of who you are and strengthening the relationship you have with yourself. Enabling you to make better decisions, create faster change and improve your quality of life.

    It is not therapy or counselling. Coaching focuses on your desired outcomes (what it is you want and how you want to feel) and by using your new found awareness, tools and strategies to help move you closer to those outcomes.

    Coaching is different from therapy as it does not dive too deep into your past and traumas. If your coach feels you would benefit from therapy they will recommend you to a therapist.

  • Coaching is a process that brings about the best results with commitment. There is no knowing how many sessions you will need and it is different for all.

    Some people like to have coaching for years to have that person to check in with regularly and some people have coaching for a few months and feel they are ready to stop.

    Here at She Feels you are able to book a 1 off session to try it and then we recommend a minimum of 12 sessions to see significant changes.

    You can then continue to have further sessions for as long you’d like to. it is great to have the continued support and guidance as you navigate through life with your new habits, behaviours and thoughts.

  • Life coaching is for everyone who wants support and guidance in navigating the ever-changing ups and downs of life. At She Feels we are passionate about helping you get from how you are feeling now to the place it is that you want to feel.

  • Coaching sessions are held online and are 60 minutes long. The start of the session will consist of a check in and uncovering what it is that you particularly need or would like to work on.

    Followed by self enquiry questions to expand your awareness, mixed with mindfulness techniques (breathwork, yoga, meditation and visualisation). Every week is different depending on what comes up and your needs.

    You will receive a follow up email after your session with the exercises/actions set for the week.

    On Zoom we recommend you keep your camera on but we understand if you wish to turn your camera off.

  • Your initial consultation call is free.

    In your consultation, we will discuss the best pricing package for you.

    Life coaching courses vary between 8 - 16 weeks starting at £690.

    Payment plans are available and help with costs can also be discussed.

  • Yes. At She Feels we offer online private breathwork, meditation and yoga sessions that are personalised for you.

    We teach Corporate wellbeing classes and private events. Online or in person. Enquire here for more information.
